      • Studio Rental Services

      • Consulting & Creative Strategy

    All services are subject to availability and project agreements.

    2. Client Responsibilities

    Clients agree to:

       

        • Provide accurate information and materials

        • Respond to approvals and feedback on time

        • Obtain rights for any provided content or media

        • Ensure submitted materials do not violate laws or copyrights

      Delays in communication or approvals may affect project timelines.

      3. Payments & Billing

         

          • A deposit may be required before project commencement.

          • Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed quotation or invoice.

          • Late payments may result in project delays or suspension.

          • Payments made are non-refundable once work has started unless otherwise agreed in writing.

        4. Revisions

        Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the project scope.

        Additional revisions or major changes outside the original agreement may result in extra charges.

        5. Intellectual Property

        Unless otherwise agreed:

           

            • Final approved deliverables become the client’s property after full payment.

            • HMB retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials.

            • Drafts, concepts, and unused materials remain the property of HMB.

          Clients may not resell or redistribute HMB work without permission.

          6. Photography & Media Usage

          For photography and video projects:

             

              • HMB may use captured content for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

              • Clients are responsible for obtaining permissions from models, locations, or third parties when required.

            7. Studio Rental Terms

            Clients using HMB studio facilities agree to:

               

                • Respect booking times

                • Handle equipment responsibly

                • Cover damages caused during usage

                • Follow safety and operational guidelines

              HMB reserves the right to refuse access for misuse or inappropriate behavior.

              8. Project Timelines

              Estimated timelines are provided based on current project scope and communication flow.

              HMB is not responsible for delays caused by:

                 

                  • Client response delays

                  • Third-party vendors

                  • Force majeure events

                  • Platform or advertising system issues

                9. Limitation of Liability

                HMB shall not be liable for:

                   

                    • Indirect or consequential damages

                    • Loss of revenue or profits

                    • Platform-related advertising issues

                    • Delays caused by external providers

                  All services are provided on a best-effort basis.

                  10. Cancellation

                  Either party may cancel a project before completion.

                  Any completed work, booked production time, or non-refundable expenses incurred before cancellation will remain payable.

                  11. Confidentiality

                  Both parties agree to keep confidential information private unless disclosure is required by law.

                  12. Changes to Terms

                  HMB reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

                  Updated versions will be published on our official platforms.

                  13. Governing Law

                  These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws and regulations applicable in the State of Kuwait.
